Hi,
I’m trying to replace a broken light switch in the downstairs toilet. There is only one switch that controls the light and also the fan. Here is a photo of the current switch and how it’s wired: (Electricity is turned off)
I purchased a 10 Amp Single 1 way Switch to replace it and noticed the COM seems to be at the bottom on the new switch, photo below
Is this a case of just having to connect the brown cables to the bottom terminal on the new switch even though it’s connected to the top terminal on the old switch? (and vice versa for the grey cables)
Thanks in advance for your help!
