Nice pics Lou, pity I never had a decent camera when I was posted to Troodos in Cyprus 6000ft plus above sea level the lightening came UP the mountain from the clouds took the top off of the trees, we had to stay in doors in case we got Zapped, real scary.
 
The last photo is my favourite one! I got a bit obsessed trying to get pictures. It went on for hours. Just lightning no thunder.
