Lights not working Help with fault

I'm currently Doing a fault find on lights not working.

I got 230v between live and cpc, 230v between live and netural. Am I correct in saying we have a dropped put neutral at some point along the circuit!

The light, the switch, the cpc ???

fuse blown or fuse wire not in correct or is it give us a clue !

Where exactly have you taken these readings from, how many lights are involved?
