Hi, quick question, does anyone know if London and Quadrant housing have their own sparks or sub the work out to big firms or individuals, or if anyone works on their stuff

Under uk regs all public bodies must sub their work out.
not sure who they use, but always worth sending them an email saying you would like to be considered when the tender comes out next.

as a guide these housing associations normally pay only £30 for a EICR and around £45 for a CU change. That's if they supply all materials.
