Ok, being a little lazy. Customer has a 10+ year old 12v garden lighting set up and a couple of the light fittings have failed.

There is no meaningful/useful product detail on the units.

Anyone know if these can still be bought?

look like b&q specials to me. You'll probably find something similar in one of the sheds. Alternatively, could you recondition them yourself?
 
City electrical factors used to do them don't know if they still do as I abandoned CEF a year or so ago. But I had some from there for a job.
