Mag4 Fire panel question

Hi, sorry didn’t know where to put this thread.

Mag4 panel going into fault for around 10 seconds intermittently then automatically goes back to normal, could go off 10 times a day or once. Any ideas please?!

Someones having a smoke in the laundry 10 times a day. So they disconnect.

It is showing a general fault on zone 1. As above it could be many things including as in #3 someone may well be removing a detector head.
