Main bonding with metal water incomer but plastic installation

Hi. Quick question. Domestic property recently rewired by niceic spark. Water incomer is metal for about 3 feet into the property (celar) but the rest of the water installation is plastic. Looks like during the rewire the water bonding was broken on purpose. Does it need to be bonded again? (My understanding is it does - at the metal incomer)

question answered. cheers ian. I can't understand why he broke it. Rest of installation is sound...

A little bird told me that some nice Scheme or other had developed their own guideline on this sort of thing and set 1m as a limit (a bit forward of them if true). I take no notice of rumours and follow Ian's advice, if it can be touched it needs bonding
