If i want to wire in a fuse box to my utv and make it switched when the ignition is on. Is it best to run a continuous cycle relay say 150amp then run from there to the fuse panel
 
In a word, yes. If the main cable via the relay to the fuse box is more than a few inches, don't forget to protect it with a suitable fuse too. Some vehicles have a spare slot or stud for a fuse in the main distribution box near or on the battery.
