one like that:
Remote Humidistat Fan Control & Timer

there are connections for switched live, live, there is timer setting, there is humidity setting.

can`t get how this is going to behave when installed.
1. fan on together with light, duration adjustable with timer, but only when humidity above set level, fan not running when humidity is low.
2. fan always on together with light, duration adjustable with timer, plus automatic on whenever humidity is too much.

cheers, Adam.

Hi,

I have a Manrose fan with those options ( not using a remote sensor ). I have tried all configurations, but the one that suits me best is to have the fan controlled by humidity only. Perhaps you may have other considerations and may need to operate differently.

Regards.

I would say that the humidity section is an overriding on function so if the humidity is high the fan will be on.
The timer function will work in concert with the lights, so this is your option 2.
