Hey Everyone.
Whats your thoughts on using a 3core & earth to run x 2 final circuits? I have x1 three core & earth feeding contactors for emergency lighting. L1- fed from a 6A mcb is feeding a switched pole on a NO contactor, L2- fed from a different 6A mcb also feeding a pole on a NO contactor.
At the outgoing side of the contactor is x2 em lighting circuits, done in 1 5mm T&E. Now when calculating max Zs Im essentially using the same CPC for both circuits ( in the 3 core cable), which I don't like. Is it deemed safe/ normal practice to allow these essentially 2 circuits to share the same CPC & N. The DB is very close to the contactor board, so Im planning to run x2 new 1.5mm feeds to the contactors to gain true Zs readings.
