you could come off the MCB into a separate RCD, but a CU replacement is far better if customer can stand the cost. remember to IR all circuits first and check for borrowed neutrals before pricing.
 
Just looked at a job this morning using the same MCBS.

Alterations to kintchen RFC and outside socket radial. Decided to split tails into a 2 way CU and use a couple of RCBOs.

Thought about using a seperated RCD for each circuit, but by the time i've re routed the cables through the RCDs it probably works out quicker to split tails.

Looks better too IMHO
