Following on from my challenge to MrKnowItAll earlier, my side of the bargain is done:

MCSExpert.co.uk

Is up and running, and if he / she wants to step forward then it is there as a platform

At the moment it's a website / blog, though it may be better as a wiki, we'll see.

In the meantime, I'm happy to accept contributions!

Specifically I'd like to include a download section for expample QMS's if anybody has one they would be prepared to share, (I know for example NAPIT make one available for their members when they first sign up) - Don't worry I'll anonymise it and only then will make it available for download :)

my understanding was it was specifically forbidden for scheme providers to give assistance on MCS documentation?

Dunno, appareantly they make a 'framework' document avaialble, that you will then thave to tailor / modify / add to suit, though they donlt give advice or support to do so. However like anything I believe it is a good start point.
