Hello has anyone else had problems with a megaflow immersion heater tripping out I have a house with a direct tank I had just the lower immersion wired and had tripping problems so I changed it to the top one just to see what would happen but exactly the same happens. Any ideas as it seams strange that both the top and bottom have the same fault

I had the same thing kept replacing the stats and rods and it still happened, they said it was a manufactured fault, we changed the unit for a different make.

thanks guys that answers that i did not think it could be a problem with both but seems it is i will try getting it fixed tomorrow cheers again you have saved me a lot of phone calls carry on like this i will have to buy you all a pint lol
