hi

does anyone know how to adjust the margins for printing certificates in this program onto a4 landscape paper. basically when im printing say a nic test cert there seems to be a centimetre of missing info on the right of the page, eg the rcd test x5 column has been chopped off the end.

im pretty sure its not my printer as when your actually filling out the certs in the program the entry field for x5 rcd seems to be half chopped off.

any help most welcome.

Have you gone into printer preferences and ticked the box shrink to fit.

cheers guys

just done a bit of a google and it seems the program needs updating. nice thing to realise when your just outside your three months free support period. only updated it about a month ago to. oh well i'll guess i'll just have to pay for the £300 a year support contract or whatever it is. not. what a clunky piece of software.

Dont think thats needed mate. Make sure your printer is properly aligned then use your printer preferences select A4 and shrink to fit cheaper than £300

Not sure to be honest but have you tried the printer alignment (in advanced options I think)?

Hi A-Non-eMouse

Megger Technical Services think it may be an issue with paper size settings on the printer.
They do require more information and would be willing to assist you this once even if your support has expired.
