Minimum Qualification Required..

Hi Guys....
Sorry for rambling on a bit but have a very important question for you..
The question is, we do a lot of work on commercial building all over the country installing ventillation systems within pub / restaurant kitchens. If i need to do a complete install of a system from distribution board straight through to the end of line fans. What is the minimum qualification i need to be able to do this in regards to part p and 2391 etc...
Question 2
Would ''part p'' be be good enough for this or do i need the full 2391??

i think you will find PART P only applies to domestic properties,

I thought it applied to dwellings, wouldn't doing a pub come under part P, because of the living space upstairs..

Only if it is served from the same cu / board / meter(i think!)
