Minor works certification

Hi, do you need to compete a minor works cert if you are just moving a socket and not altering the circuit in any way?

Yes, as you're making an alteration to the circuit and you need to record your test results.

If your moving the socket then you are altering the circuit. So yes a minor works cert is required
