hi i was at a property and had to change the leg of the ring between two points in the kitchen due to high resistance. i also changed the socket i know this would be maintainence but i always issue a minor works cert anyway to show that it complies.
would this be a minor works cert or an installation cert.
 
minor works, IMO. i assume you took readings of the circuit after repair.
 
well, just a MWC then, as it's not a new circuit.
