Yes, I'm being lazy! Anyone have a Word/Excel version available, I've just lost loads of files from my laptop and this one does not appear to have been backed up.

If you do not produce a calibration certificate for your MFT then they will ask to see how you have kept in compliance.
Elecsa allowed three years between calibrations if a check box and RCD/socket test were used.
 
Without the checkbox and test circuit checks being done and recorded with no significant variance every month then the calibration frequency required by Elecsa is 12 months.
