MOT exception is or will be for vehicles over 40 years old

The standard Bonnie was registered 01/01/77 which makes her MOT and tax exempt, the chop behind is 10/01/78 so will be the same next year.

And I like the option of being able to stop which was a rare thing with drum brakes...
