Multiple electric meters from Rifil Board

Hi Guys,

Im abit stuck on this question and cant find an answer. I have rewired 4 flats and have 1 x 3 phase supply. We have a rifil board at the supply where all the flats connect to + a communal landlord board. My question is can we install the meters before the rifil board so its all in one place, the problem is im not sure how the meters will work because they will all connect into one neutral bar at the rifil board. How would we set this up so that the rifil board is at the supply location and all the meters are at the supply location, then from rifil board we supply all flats.

You have to split the supply before you can individually meter it for each flat, so the meters must be after the split, you could then feed the separate supplies into another board but this would be pointless.
