trying to design a circuit where in one moment (T=1) a RF signal is sent through one antenna (A1) and multiple other antennas (A2-A8) receive this scattered signal and sends it to a laptop or vector analyzer.

In the next moment (T=2) the output RF signal switches to another antenna (A2) to be outputted and the rest of the antennas (A1, A3-A8) receive the scattered signal.

This continuous until all antennas have be the source of the signal at least once or if possible a couple of times.
 
Have a look in RS or similar suppliers for RF relays. It should be possible with these. May have to make leads up to go from SMA etc connectors to whatever you have in use on your antennas.
 
If you need wide bandwidth and low loss, and can tolerate the cost and mechanical switching limits (speed and lifetime) then a multi-way RF relay is a good choice as @DPG suggested.

For fast switching you can use PIN diodes or (much easier) some of the specific switching ICs from the likes of Analog Devices, but you have to check the power levels, frequency ranges, sensitivity to any static discharges, etc.
