Yes , a nice bit of melted crud on the deck there too.I wonder if it was the same top quality tradesmen that done the electrical and plumbing
The routing of the customer tails though. I like the multi service duct too, hot and cold pipes, armoured cable and T+E. Should have shoved a phone cable down there to complete it.Anyone beat this for a pointless bonding picture.
If this is indeed a new build...it certainly does nothing for the hope of building properties,in a manner which allows the removal of gas heating, and champions the minimal use of energy...
More likely,Mr,Trump will start to grow his own hair...
Just to clarify, this isn't a new build, it's about 10-15 old.
It's one of those odd installs where everything is there, in the right place, the right size and spec, good quality components but looks to have been I stalled by a toddler.
Nothing is level, no cables are supported properly, DB- a Hager- correctly populated but no labelling.
Then spend time and effort with pointless bonding.
if its metallic glitter, you wd have to bond it also..Hmm yes I was wondering about the crud too..
Pipes lagged up, flow stickers applied(sort of), earth warning tag done.. but why bother? It’s RAF..
You can’t polish a turd but you can roll it in glitter
Should have put a stop end on that copper. There's bound to be someone who will open that isolator valve!
