Hi all,

I have my NAPIT assessment in early December, can anyone shed some light on what it might involve?

going by my experience with them, assesment took around 30 mins which pretty much involved a chat about nothing in particular this happened for around 4 years till i realised they were charging me a yearly fee for nothing.

CORRECT they send a snotty mr no it all who thinks he, knows everything and asks basic questions so dont panic pal
and dont question his electrical background he will probably go red in the face hehe

Him eating all your biscuits and drinking all your coffee, mild conversation regarding regs, brief conversation about recent current affairs, moan about the state the industry is in, eat some more biscuits, shake hand until year. kick bugger as fast as possible from front porch, relax with a beer day dreaming about the up and coming thousands you intend on making with your newly acquired registration, run out of beer, come to terms with the actual realisation you will be battling for work with under qualified, under charging, under skilled toe rags who make your life and sure and impending misery who you will struggle immensely to not stab with your largest pozi driver in the neck when he beats you to a quote with a £50 board change....

Think that sums it up there abouts.
