NAPIT Certification Scheme napit

HI all
I would like to join napit would a consumer unit change and a socket spur at the same addresse be ok for my assesment ??

Thats what I am going to be using for my assessment with NAPIT. Spoke to my assessor who explained that although a range of work is good, an understanding of the the regs, certs, testing procedures, carrying out tests and safety is what they are also looking for more importantly. Experience and techniques will come with time but having the correct understanding towards safety etc from the beginning is more important, in my opinion. I keep refering to all the books and using this forum to try and absorb and retain as much info as I can. I find myself looking at premises in a different way as I am always looking for evidence of how something has been installed. How sad is that!
Don't forget your public liability ins, H&S info, cal certs etc.

If you really want installation ----, have a look at the ceilings in Ikea stores
