Ok. I removed a dimmer to put a regular switch in. Installing a new ceiling fan and light. They have the power from box going to light, then switch, then to an outlet below the switch. The switch never controlled the outlet, just light. So can I just use a 4way to keep the flow going to the outlet and make it not control it? Just the ceiling fan?

If you want it permanently on there is no need to connect it through the switch just connect it to the supply hot wire.
