bugsy

Anybody like to take a guess on how much I've been quoted to install a new 125a mccb to an existing panel board (spare cubicle available- work carried out 12am - 6am )

Just to put the breaker in the board and not connect anything to it? Would have thought a few hours work at premium rate plus the cost of the breaker!!!!!!!!!!!! £350-£400.
I am not a contractor by the way so will probably be light years adrift!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if its just fitting unit supplied by your self and not connecting or testing circuit around £500 as OOH premium and company will have to pay rest period possibly inc providing temp lighting and possibly 3 men at a push
