In a single family dwelling you need 2/0 copper times 3 and with a # 6 ground and a 2 inch conduit which is good and when you feed the modular home panel from your main panel. All you are probably going to need is to install a 100 amp double pole breaker in your main panel to feed the modular home . I don’t use aluminum wiring it’s a pain in the butt to bend in such a small space. For your situation The modular home needs a 100 amp sub panel and feed it with # 3 THHN wire and a # 6 ground. This panel needs to also have a main breaker.
