DIY question: I tried to replace my kitchen can lights with LEDs. The old light fixtures were just two wires connected to a fixture. I removed the screw in connector on the new light fixture and connected the wires. The lights are also dimmable and on a 3-way switch so I bought a dimmable 3-way switch to replace my old switch. (I also tried the lights with the old switch and the new one with the same results.)
Only one out of the 5 light works and I have no idea why. I’ve attached photos. There are only 2 wires to connect to in each hole, I’ve checked each one for live electricity, etc. I’ve also checked the light fixtures and they all work in the one hole that does turn on.

Any thoughts?

TL;DR
Installed LED canned lights to replace old ones…only one turns on

Designed to work on different voltage, the old ones look like 12v halogens, the new ones say 120v, there will be a transformer or a few of them somewhere in the ceiling if it's wired like in the UK
I can’t find the transformer, I think it’s in the ceiling somewhere. Is it possible to add a transformer to each fixture? Can you convert 12v to 120v? Thanks again
