I see Building Regs are included on the MCS Cert now.

Does this mean that the local Council have to be contacted before each installation?
 
are you registered with a competent persons scheme that's stated that their MCS certified installers are competent for both electrical and structural building regs compliance, and both can be notified through them?

if so then notify through them, if not then either get the council out on each job or change CPS
