Discuss Nexus boards? in the Electrical Tools and Products area at ElectriciansForums.net

i fitted one supplied by the client. tbh ofr 50 quid fully loaded they don`t look bad on the eye. easy enough to work on. not sure if that spirit level in the bottom is aimed at the diy market tbh.

Never used them but I have seen a few posts on here saying they are crap. There are some good deals around at the moment on MK and Crabtree fully loaded boards. Give Denmans a try if you have one in your area

Me and the father in-law installed one in our house, it is not that bad to work on, and was cheap too. Not as bad as a chint board, was doing some work with a spark at a school and all the pieces kept coming out and breaking off. That was the last time he ever tried chint.

But at the end of the day if you take away the superficial extras, too me its all just a matter of preference. (apart from chint that is)

Nexus has my vote for a cheap board.
