Just thought I would let you know, after weeks of nagging from her in doors, fitted new outside light, drilled two fixing holes, sitting down now knackered, cuppa tea, thought I would keep my hand in lol, only 3 wires simple job, don't matter if I put the Black in the L slot does it? lol, only been doing this all my life.
 
black wire sleeved in red = switched line. black wire sleeved in brown what a grey day.plagurising larry g.
