old city and guilds help

im trying to find the name of the centre in the north east of england where I passed my electrical city and guilds, Im applying for a copy of my certificate but can't remember the name of the centre or the examining board. Its a long shot but did anyone here study at a government training centre in 1972 in the north east and if so what was the name of the centre.

A town or city would help, it literally could be anywhere from your OP...

Billingham!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i did some of my training there, near a tesco's if i recall.

Erm, if it moved to Darlington i can't help...but if i can dig my old old old stuff out i maybe able to give you info on the billingham center. Bare with me, im not promising though...

The City and Guilds should have your records , try contacting them direct.

All it says on my AM2 Cert is....

Center No: BIL-003.

Doesn't seem like that'll help though to be honest, so im sorry to disappoint OP but that's all i can find. I'm useless i know.

That's the center Number on my certificate, however it seems to short to really mean anything. Try it, but doesn't feel right too me.
