This looks like a Crabtree consumer unit that I fitted in the 80's made from the hard plastic.do you know the name of the board ?. One option if you speak with Crabtree if the bus-bar is the same to fit a newer type in. The new type could be the same footprint to fit in or they should be able to tell you what it is from your photo.
 
I can see some 63A 30ma on eBay, I wouldn't have thought it would be an issue to be less than 80A.
 
around £50 is the issue for a 2nd hand part. £10 more can buy a dual RCD BG CU>
 
I hate explaining to a customer that the board in place is to a perfectly acceptable standard, but because of alterations or additions they either need a replacement board or a new small unit next to it for the circuit you are installing or altering.
Yeah you always feel like they might be thinking your just trying to rip them off by carrying out unnecessary work instead you are doing the job properly to the best of your abilities and in line with current regs
