Hi

I have a professionally fitted LED system but for some reason one of the LED lights is a different colour to the others (they are multi coloured led I can change)

Any ideas? Broken unit? Or something else?

Thanks

How long have they been installed? Are they still under warranty?

And I also agree with Tel... :D

Hi

If they're out of sync when they're not supposed to be, that would be my first question!
Second, have you got a manual or a model number someone could look up for instructions?

it's the old harmonisation issue again. the blue is now grey, so, being so, it can't work. grey is not a colour..

As mentioned above it looks like thr blue channel or led is not wotking.
I would test all the primary colours first using the controller. Im assuming these are rgb lights? So try red on its own then green then blue. If just that bulb has just the blue led not working then try moving it to anothet bulbs place and put that bulb in that place to test if the cabling is ok. If the fault is still narrowed down to that bulb then it is faulty and would need replaceing / repairing

Osram brought it out about 10 years ago.
When you bought the house did you get any of the programming software or any other relevant information?
The light fittings may be getting controlled via dmx.

No instructions at all but I think it’s all DMX controlled as it has that written all over the controller boxes where it says DMX512 decoder
