An 8 zone underfloor heating connection box. I had to do a little modifying as these are designed for surface wiring. Also they usually go close to the manifold where the actuator flexes will connect straight in but this one is about 2 metres from the manifold so T&Es go down to a seperate box for the actuators and manifold pump. That's why all those CPCs are connected together which was a bit annoying. But I enjoyed doing this today, quite pleased with the end result. Whether it'll all work is another thing altogether. :grinning: IMG_3295.jpg

pat your self on the back and whisper in your ear could do better ,lol. :p

That is so annoying,

You even held the camera square and level for the picture.

If you really had pride in your work, you would have made the sleeves the same height, I am sure that some are a couple of mm longer than others!!!

TOP WORK TO BE PROUD OF.

Thanks James, yep I wondered who would be first to mention the sleeving.

If that is the only thing an experienced panel builder can knock you for, ALL IS GOOD, I truly think that your workmanship is excellent and I can safely say that I have in the past done a much worse job than that and still been proud of it.

Well done

Dave, ummm you're not OCD are you? I guess the client locked you in over night forgetting you were there caressing the cabling into place?

3 hours it took mate, but I'm sorely tempted now to tweak the brown and blue sleeves to keep James happy. :grinning: To the right of that there's a Hager flush CU which will most likely be one of tomorrows jobs. :)

Yes a priced job but I find it doesn't take any longer to do it right, long term you actually save time with not having to correct silly mistakes and redo things.
