I have a set of six matching PIR outside lights. They are all the same style and are no longer available.
On two of them the circuit board has developed a fault whereby the light level at which they become active works fine but once activated, the time for which they stay on has become infinite. There is no obvious dry joint on the circuit board and I have re-soldered all the joints that look as if they are possibly at fault. I have looked especially carefully at the R and C which deal with the timing.

The fault remains.

The circuit code is SW7005S but TBH i do not think it is meant to be user serviceable. I certainly cannot find any details about the board.

Does anyone know if there is a board that I can get which is

a) Mains powered and can run a mains LED
b) Has light level and on-time adjustment
c) Has a PIR sensor or similar to trigger them?

How much room do you have to play with?
Quite possible that a spike has wiped something out, might be the op-amp.
You can buy a pir/pcb kit easy enough.

Where can I get the pir/ pcb ‘easily enough’. Do you have a website and item in mind?

in stead of ar88ing about with them ,would you not replace the lot then trying to get a c/board .
Well. First of all I would have to replace the lot and screw them into a newly rendered wall, having finally re rendered and/or painted the whol house. Plus the cost of replacing all the lights and risking the same kind of thing happening with the new lights.
Unless the mounting holes match, (unlikely) I will be on the track to a messy looking solution
