just had this emailed to me from a customer. hopeful, that there's some slack on the cables. looks like som there top of pic. but i bet the damaged one is tight. might need to shift the whole thing a couple of inches.

Well it isn't always.
appears to be the L in this case. the damaged blues seem to me from contact with the browns. it's the L terminal appears to be the culprit. the lower outgoing cables are smaller, always a problem in these terminals designed for 6mm or 10mm.
 
And it looks tight to the bottom corner of the cupboard, meaning slightly more effort required to tighten.

In this case not enough effort employed.
