Hello, does anybody know of a part number of this type of busbar kit thing for a Square D Speed D Panel Board? Couldn't find any part numbers on the unit itself.

Do you mean the adaptor kit for connecting MCB's to the board?
I've never seen one of those but your first port of call should be schneider as they now own and manufacture square D kit.

That's an I-Line panel board

The I line panel boards today, you clip in the mccb,s to the bus bar running down the left hand side of the panel but you have additional items that you can add that spade connect off the bus bar, so you can mount Din rail and fused protection for CT metering etc.

You learn something everyday, I have worked on countless of those boards but never seen an adapter to fit mcbs.

It seems such an obvious thing, yet not that common!

I guess one aspect is most MCB have around 10kA break limit and that may not be enough for safe use on 400A+ panels using MCCB.

Saves the client fitting a new DB for one circuit. Just wish the lid didn't weigh 1000kg

As mentioned above this is only really possible if the prospective fault current at the panelboard is low enough for an MCB to be fitted, quite often a panelboard will have a prospective fault current in excess of what an MCB can handle
