i have just carried out a pir to a pb 1 bed flat thats 15 yrs old the ccts are protected by type1 mcbs no rcd protection to shower or bath room htr. ceiling light is a batton lampholder extractor fan ip rated supplementry bonding ok the socket cct has rcd protection can you tell me if this is ok or do i need to install a new rcd board the zs readings meet the required disconnection times thanks bobsteroo

you have only been asked to inspect the installation at this point. anything you code up as number 1 requires urgent attention. All depends on wethter the client wants to pay for it, write out a disclaimer stating you have informed them of the dangers and that it requires urgent attention, get them sign it. think ull be covered then.
