Discuss periodic testing in the Periodic Inspection Reporting & Certification area at ElectriciansForums.net

Around £120 in Bristol area for domestic install comprising of up to 8 circuits. Obviously expect additional cost if there as any remedial action required.

HA Ha! It varies so much depending on the company; look for threads on here about cost of PIRs (or EICRs).

Depends also on the size and condition of the house / industrial unit / shop.
All have different needs. a general idea is £10-£25 per circuit but it is too variable to call.

Say a three bed property has 5 circuits (2 x lights, 2 x rings & 1 x radial)

5 x £10 = £50
5 x £25 = £125

£125 looks more enticing to me. Having said this, I have seen some electricians' websites quoting £80 for upto 10 circuits and I guess it's only visual inspection.
