Possible Freezer problem?

Hello all,
Our Fridgemaster MTRZ110 freezer is, I think, playing silly bu??gers. Certain foods freeze as expected, ie rock solid, others not so. In all my years I've never known a freezer to fail, (there's always time though) But, as above, it's working fine except on the odd item, ie pre-packed meats/poultry. Any ideas ?

first thing is tomeasure the temperature inside the cabinet. second thing is make sure the poultry etc. is not still living.
