Does anyone know whether the "power saving" devices such as the one below can actually meet thier claims of saving upto 20%/30% off an electricity bill ?

Don't think I've ever bought an electrical appliance that didn't have it's own PF correction built in.:confused:

even if they did, i wouldnt pay that price. Its effectivley a capacitor and you can easliy make your own similar version for pence
