Hi guys, I'm looking for a pre-work survey sheet, template, so I can record test results such as Ze, Bonding, PFC etc for when doing cu changes etc, many thanks.

Here is a Pre-work Survey that I thought might be useful, I typed it up but not telling where I got it although some would know.No good in a bloody book , need to have the form to fill out.Included a Results pdf from above post.:hurray: I can modify it if need be !

Here's another one, much more detail and a comments column for recording any values.

Because of the detail on this, you can use it as part of your terms and conditions, a full list of every detail agreed, right down to 'making good' !
