What is the difference between transformer over pressure relief device and transformer over pressure relay?

Thought a pressure relief was a bursting disk which vented rapid gas build up due to a fault, whereas a Buckholze Relay (check spelling!!) was used to shut the transformer down when a fault condition occured within the transformer due to the rising pressure generated.
