I dont know how they can get away with itWOW ? those prices are ludicrous, you would get a total of £65.00 for board change and test, say that’s 6 hours work your not even earning £11 an hour
Absoloutly disgusted to have my inteligence insulted in such way dont know why they would even offer the option tbh i would be embarrassed putting that accross to an emoloyeeI assume you said no thanks!
Surely it's self-employed. An employee couldn't be on a price.Absoloutly disgusted to have my inteligence insulted in such way dont know why they would even offer the option tbh i would be embarrassed putting that accross to an emoloyee
No i am employed direct and theyre offering those price rates to employees rather than theyre hourly rate also my contract states should price work be the case on a project you will be subject to those price ratesSurely it's self-employed. An employee couldn't be on a price.
i can assure you i will be telling them to shove there jobReading that made me feel ill, I have a contract I sub on where the board is £50 and test is £80, horrific prices, only stomached because the other prices make up for the shortfall!
An employee can't take on the risk - that's the employer's. Likewise self-employed cannot be without the risk or they are an employee. No i am employed direct and theyre offering those price rates to employees rather than theyre hourly rate also my contract states should price work be the case on a project you will be subject to those price rates
Supossibly a contract of employmentAn employee can't take on the risk - that's the employer's. Likewise self-employed cannot be without the risk or they are an employee.
