Trying to get an idea of a price for a shop rewire.
It is pretty much one big rectangular room, 16mx8m.
It is an empty shell, needs lighting and sockets, a hand wash, a couple of heaters and a over door curtain
heater.
I'm guessing by my other shops about 25-30 5ft double flourecents, maybe 8 or 10 double sockets, a small over sink hand wash. Not sure about heating yet.
Don't want anything excessive just the basics as most of the display stands are lit up anyway.
Please don't say it's impossible without seeing it, there's not much to see, just a shell @ the size quoted.
I need an idea of cost before I make an offer for the property.
Some one must be experienced enough to know what a job like this would cost.
I'm in north east btw.
Cheers.

At least on this forum, you have bothered to provide a list of what is required.
Perhaps if you had done so on the Screwfix forum, you wouldn't have had so many p**stakers.

You will need to answer a few questions
Celing

; stockroom office ect ect
location in country
parking issues deliveries
other trades hold ups ???

Ok
North east,
Small staff room 16 m2
Toilet.
Parking ok for deliveries.
Parking in next street 600 yds all day as we have permits.
Other trades, yep, needs plastering,
However, you can surface mount everything if you like.
As for screwfix ....... I could provide an architects Plan and an itemised shopping list and I would still get pss takers...... :43:

you just have to spend the time working it out of exactly what you need and need to do, im not expierienced but they say in time gets easier, if you start the right way. good luck
