Pricing a large block of flats

Any one on here have experience of pricing or working on large blocks of flats?

I have a block of 30 to price for an need some advice!

2 bed?
3 bed?

Electric heating?
Gas heating?

Basic spec or upmarket?
Swimming pools or saunas?

pay a QS or have a punt from experience. I regularly price/install blocks of flats....pretty easy when you break it all down.

The actual flats are not an issue i can price them easy

It more the communal areas and carpark lighting (steel conduit)

Just break it down. Door entry, fire alarm, AOV, TV/sat, communal power, communal lighting, mains room, riser tray work, sub mains. I’ve just done 15 flats medium spec with Carpark lighting split in to 1 block of 11 and another block of 4 total 92k
