Cant give you an estimate but the way I do mine is list your materials and costs then you just have to guestimate your time for first and second fix add them together, add your percentage as profite and contigency and there you are........HOPEFULLY

or what about a cost to wire each apartment.I know the cost to rewire a 3 bedroom house is around £2500 to 17th edition.

I often price rewires etc by point, then add in a CU change, bonding, smokes etc. depending on my workload will depend on the cost per point. Then add something in for lifting boards, plastering etc. This may be a little more complicated depending where the meters are located.

A friend on mine works on a rewire cost of £30.00 per point regardless in it’s a socket, light or switch. £100 for a shower and cooker. He also adds in a cost for lifting floor boards etc. he gets a lot of work.
