pricing extensions?

I am pricing a 2 storey house extension 2moro, just looking for a bit of advice, do use usually price per point or per shift. Not sure of the size of it yet.

I price per point. Some price on approx time. Per point seems to work out ok for me.

40 -50 squid per point is average. more for things like cooker isolators, more if fancy fittings.

I work out how long it will take, then add 20% on top to cover anything. Any extras are charged per point
