I have 4 1w LED marker lights AU-WU682/1R in the ceiling with a AU-LEDD16CC driver in the loft. In the same bathroom I have 3 of the same marker lights in the floor with a AU-LEDD16CC driver in the room below. The dimmer switch I have is SF2184BC 5-150w. Each set of marker lights are currently linked to a separate dimmer switch on this, but do not dim. They only switch on or off.

In my basic knowledge and using the theory that if the switch is 5-150w, then each switch under loaded (with 4w and 3w) and that’s why they are not dimming? And in that case, can I link the two sets at the switch to increase the load to 7w, so they are both controlled off just the one switch, but still have them running off the two separate drivers? Everything is tiled and finished so rewiring is not an option.

I’m a mere homeowner with zero electrical knowhow, but my electrician has asked me to get clarification and Aurora have not been particularly forthcoming with a definite answer.
Thanks

TL;DR
Can I link 2 sets of marker lights with separate dimmable drivers to one switch
